Annapurna Interactive previously revealed Hindsight ($4.99), the new game from Prune developer Joel McDonald, for iOS, Switch, and Steam. Hindsight is a narrative exploration game playable with touch or controller on iOS and Switch. It follows an adult woman who revisits her childhood home and memories. I’ll have a review of Hindsight covering both the Switch and iOS versions, but it has really surprised me with its narration and the story. Following its recent release date reveal, Hindsight has gone live on all platforms. Watch the Hindsight trailer below:
I love interacting with the scenes in Hindsight to not just progress, but also see how well-designed they are. If you’ve wanted to get Hindsight, you can buy it on the App Store for iOS here for $4.99. It is priced at $14.99 and available on PC via Steam and also the eShop for Nintendo Switch. With Hindsight and recently Neon White for PC and Switch, Annapurna Interactive is on another roll. I’ve enjoyed revisiting What Remains of Edith Finch on Xbox Series X as well, and cannot wait to play Outer Wilds once the new patch is out as revealed in the recently aired showcase. Are you planning on playing Hindsight on mobile or other platforms?
